Third Course

  • Foraged Wild Mushroom Risotto

    Paired with Merlot, ‘Hall’ Napa Valley 2019, produced by Kathryn Hall, Proprietor, Hall Wines.

Fourth Course

  • Braised Short Ribs Bordelaise

    Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon, Scarecrow 'M.Etain' Rutherford 2019, produced by Celia Welch, Winemaker, Scarecrow Wines.

  • Cheese Plate
