A meat-centric restaurant by John McDonald with Chef/Partner Josh Capon. 

Located downtown NYC just off Bowery and 1st Street, the menu is diverse and market driven, including beef from Diamond Creek Ranch, domestic Colorado lamb, veal, pork, and more. 

We serve dinner only seven nights, opening at 530pm. 

Our private dining room seats up to 35 guests in a variety of table configurations, and accommodates up to 50 for standing cocktails. We are available for private luncheons as well. Email "events@mercerstreethospitality.com" to speak with a our events department.
